Our Beetle Bags for the V-rod provide the perfect blend of form and function and totally compliment the look of your bike. Sculpted to follow the body design and add an integrated look. Combine with a Corbin saddle and you've got a radical Harley with touring capability. Even better, our saddlebags look so cool, you won't feel like you need to take 'em off the bike for local trips or cruising.

Beetle Bags are designed to fit tight alongside the profile of the bike to keep good balance, narrow width and correct center of gravity. Right side is shaped to fit around the stock exhaust system and will work with any aftermarket pipe that keeps a line equal to or lower than the stock pipes. The front of the bags are molded around your passenger's legs to maximize carrying capacity. This also provides an interesting bit of flair to the design.

Both bags come fully lined and feature sure seal weather stripping and adjustable locks to seal out the elements. Contents may shift during flight, but our top loading design won’t allow your stuff to spill out when opened. Also, since they open forwards, into the wind, they will self close if you happen to forget. Inside there's plenty of room for your essential gear and even a laptop or two if you're a V-Rod commuter.

Constructed of Fibertech for light weight, durability and a perfect finish. Corbin Beetle Bags come to you in primer ready for your painter to apply a little art. We took the 2003 bike shown here and painted the bags and sheet metal a luxurious Pearl Ice Blue, though you may be more inclined to coordinate them with the factory aluminum. The subtle details in the design provide a great canvas for your painter's creativity.

Remember to take a little care when you load heavy items like disc locks into the bags. If you throw a heavy object like that into the bag, you can create a pressure crack in the paint on the outside. Always place items like this carefully inside the bag and load heaviest items towards the centerline of the bike for best stability.

Corbin Beetle Bags are designed for simple installation on your stock chassis. We include everything you need for installation and no permanent modifications (drilling) are required. Naturally we advise you to test fit the bags on your bike before painting to assure a perfect fit.
