Classic Solo & Pillions for
2004 Harley-Davidson CVO Electra-Glide
Model #502
Thin Truckrest provides good sculpted comfort for your
passenger and a clean line to the rear end. Installs easily by drilling four
holes in the lid. Comes matched to your saddle with genuine leather. Fits
both size Tourpaks.
Model #132
Trunk Armrest gives your copilot maximum support and
touring comfort. Looks great for the full touring rig setup. Installs in
place of stock trunkrest. Recommended for the large Tourpak as the position
would be somewhat low when used on the low profile "Pizza Box" model. Comes
decorated to match your saddle in genuine leather.
Model #RK-PAD
Designed to work on the Harley-Davidson luggage rack /
sissy bar setup. Bolts up easily in place of the stock pad and provides an
integrated look with your Corbin saddle. Sculpted back panel eliminates hot
spots and gives passenger more support. Genuine leather.
Total versatility
and a range of customizing options for your Screaming Eagle bagger. Corbin's
Classic Solo works with two different passenger pillions for a different look
and degree of passenger comfort. We also offer a Smuggler trunk to provide added
storage to solo riders. If you're going to make your CVO a full dresser with a
Tourpak or luggage rack, we have a variety of passenger support options too. Our
solo saddle offers a generously contoured seating platform to provide better
weight distribution and eliminate pressure points. This gives you long range
support that fits your body for total touring comfort.
Classic Solo is
designed to work with a removable rider's backrest for added vertical support.
Corbin backrests install easily with a single set screw under the saddle. You
can then adjust the backrest angle to fit your posture without removing the
backrest from the saddle. With the Corbin backrest in place, you get over 13
inches of vertical back support. For your passenger's comfort we have two models
of pillion seats available: the Touring Pillion (top of page) and the 50's Style
pillion shown here. Both are built up with our exclusive Comfort Cell®
foam for firm support and longer riding range. Corbin's touring pillion gives an
ergonomically shaped platform that will provide passenger comfort for long days
in the saddle. Our 50's pillion provides medium riding range combined with a low
profile, vintage look. Both models work with the trunk pads and luggage rack
pads shown at right.
If your
Electra-Glide is going to be setup as a solo bike, you should consider the
Corbin Smuggler Trunk. The Smuggler offers you convenient locking storage on top
of your fender in place of a passenger pillion. Naturally it is designed to swap
out easily with either of the passenger seats we offer to give you versatility
to go from a Solo Cruiser to Dual Tourer in moments. Corbin's Smuggler is
constructed of durable Fibertech material and comes fully weather stripped and
lined to protect your cargo. Designed to follow the lines of the fender for a
very cool look and is available in primer Gel-coat ready for your painter's
preparation or pre-painted Gloss black and ready for installation. Comes
complete with keys and lock, ready to manage your light gear like gloves, cell
phones and maps.
For an added
nostalgic touch, we offer a chrome V-Rail that bolts up to hardware concealed in
the Corbin saddle. Triple plate chromed for show quality looks and an added
vintage touch. Our V-Rail will work with or without the Corbin backrest
installed, but does not work with a passenger pillion or Smuggler trunk. V-Rail
comes with chrome button head bolts, ready to install on your Classic Solo. This
is also an excellent view of the new cover pattern we provide over the backrest
hardware. We use the same leather material used for the saddle to build a flap
to cover the same leather material used for the saddle to build a flap to cover
the backrest installation point. This keeps a very clean and integrated look
over the entire seat.
Corbin's Classic
Solo saddle is available for standard FLH and FLT models as well, but this one
is designed specifically for the CVO Screaming Eagle model Electra-Glide.
Harley-Davidson refers to this model as the FLHTCSE. The largest difference
between our standard Classic Solo seat model and this one is the fit to the
chrome tank panel that comes on the Screaming Eagle model. The nose area of the
saddle has been redesigned to match up perfectly with it as you can see here.

Of course, we use
genuine leather in all of our seat models and components to provide a luxurious
ride that breathes with your body. Leather will break in along with your foam
shape to give you a personalized fit and will age gracefully with proper care.
Take good care of your leather seat with a quality conditioner like Corbin's
Saddle Cream. Your seat will look nice for years and show character just like
your leather jacket. Of course you have a variety of color and texture options
for your leather seating if you would like to create a more custom look. Here
we've used our classic smooth black leather with the addition of Chrome studs.
All of these options are available at no extra charge making the Corbin saddle a
fabulous customizing option for your bike. Just be sure to specify how you would
like your cover built when ordering.
Foam density is an
important factor in long range comfort and we always say... "Firm is a good
thing". Corbin uses a very unique formula of purpose built materials in the
manufacturing process. Combine this with the years of design experience and you
have the world's finest motorcycle seat. Comfort Cell®
foam combined with our patented molding process deliver unmatched contoured
support. Corbin saddles feel firm when you first ride on them, but will break in
and adapt to your body and support you in comfort for years to come. Enjoy the
ride!
