Close Gunfighter for 1965 - 1984 Harley-Davidson FX models
Close Gunfighter combines rider comfort and a fast look just like our standard Gunfighter model. Up front, ergonomically contoured seating provides more body contact for best weight dispersion. Fastback tail section is padded and upholstered to provide for short trip passengers. Close Gunfighter is similar in design to the original, but this special model has seating closer to the bars and lower to the ground. Combine this with a narrower nose and the Close Gunfighter becomes the perfect accessory for riders with reach problems. Don't worry, we still provide a generous seating position that will keep you comfortable on longer rides. Features genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body and breaks in with the foam shape for a personalized fit. Choose from a variety of leather styles to customize the look of the saddle. In the side panels and tail, we use a coordinating vinyl material to keep your foam shape tight and the saddle looking sharp longer. Leather makes an excellent cover for a motorcycle seat because it is extremely durable and luxurious to ride on. Just be sure to care for it properly with a quality leather conditioner like our Saddle Cream. Your saddle will be your best friend for many years! Built up of our exclusive Comfort Cell® foam to provide you with a firm, supportive ride that lasts. Gunfighter saddle installs on your bike easily with a tongue in the front and a single screw into your fender. For a very clean installation, use one of our chromed billet thumbscrews at the rear. These triple chrome plated screws provide you with tool free installation of your saddle and a nice finishing touch. Available in 1/4" x 20 or 1/4" x 28 thread sizes to suit your needs.
