Rumble Seat for Harley-Davidson Deuce

Corbin's patented Rumble Seat design is now available for the Deuce and Screaming Eagle Deuce! By popular demand, we have re-engineered our exclusive design that offers you the best of both worlds... Slick solo looks and passenger capability with a flip of the wrist. Convenient and easy to use, this seat design features an all new hinge mechanism that secures the passenger fold down backrest in either position effortlessly. Just fold it up or down and you're ready to roll in style. Naturally, the saddle looks great in either position and is finished in your choice of styles for a totally custom look.

For solo cruising, the passenger rest provides a slick look similar to our original Gunfighter saddle design. When you wish to carry passengers, just fold up the rear pad to reveal a generous passenger seating area complete with backrest. Of course the passenger seat and backrest pad are constructed with our exclusive Comfort Cell^® foam to give excellent support and riding range. This is the most versatile seat design available. On the rear of the seat we finish it of with gloss black ABS panels that you can easily remove and take to your favorite painter.

Of course the Rumble Seat is designed for excellent rider comfort up front and is also built up of our exclusive Comfort Cell^® foam. Our foam material feels firm when you first ride it, but this firmness is what gives you the ability to ride great distances in comfort... long lasting support! The front seating area is ergonomically contoured to provide a larger area of body contact and excellent weight distribution. The fold down passenger rest adds extra seat height to give you additional back support (nine inches total) and longer riding range. Passenger seating is generous and perfect for short to mid-range rides with the backrest in the flipped up position.

We also offer an option of heated rider seating for your Rumble seat design. We incorporate a heater unit under the leather seating and a switch on the left side of the saddle (so you can turn it on without removing your hand from the throttle). Just flip the switch to the low or high position and the seat will warm up and maintain temperature automatically through an integrated controller. A true bit of luxury for those chilly morning rides! Corbin's heater wires connect easily into your stock fusebox with all wiring and adapters included.

Rumble Seat features genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body and breaks in with the foam shape. Choose from a variety of leather styles to customize the look of the saddle. In the side panels and tail, we use a coordinating vinyl to keep your foam shape tight and the saddle looking sharp longer. Leather makes an excellent cover for a motorcycle seat because it is extremely durable and luxurious to ride on. As your saddle ages, the leather will take on its own unique character just like your leather jacket does. Just be sure to care for your new saddle properly with a quality leather conditioner like our Saddle Cream.

As we mentioned, the rear panels can easily be removed and given to your painter to have a custom touch added. We had these ones painted to coordinate with the stock paint job on the CVO Deuce, but supply them only in black. This also gives you a nice view of the keylock used for installation of the saddle. Rumble seat includes a stainless steel latch pin that goes into a stock location in your fender. Once the pin is installed, you simply slide the tongue into the chassis at the front and lower the saddle onto the pin at the rear.
